Extended hours - Virtual Help Desk Service

Need help finding a source for your assignment? Got a question about a book you have checked out? The Engineering & Computer Science Library is offering drop-in reference, research, and general library support via our virtual help service. Ask our staff any questions related to the library, including due dates for books or resources you need help locating. The service hours are as follows:

Mondays - Thursday: 12pm – 5pm & 7pm – 9pm

Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 12pm – 5pm

No microphone/video required! You can communicate solely using the chat box or your microphone and video. Whatever you prefer!

If you have a question outside of the service hours, no problem! Just email engineering.library@utoronto.ca and a staff member will respond within 48 hours.
